I know healthcare digital marketing! With over 20+ years of experience working for one of the most successful health systems in the country as their only healthcare consumer web expert. I am proud to wear a badge of honor knowing that I have connected so many healthcare consumers with the care that they not only need but deserve! I will be discussing the various successes that I have accomplished for healthcare consumers and our physician providers in my role at my full-time job, but I have to state that this is in no way an endorsement by my full-time employer.

If I could pick one thing only to dedicate my life to it would be healthcare. I love every other business that I own but knowing that you provided the tools to connect a healthcare consumer with a provider (doctor / nurse practitioner, physician assistant) to receive the care that they need and deserve is the most fulfilling thing that I have ever accomplished.

With this new business venture, I hope be able to offer my services to every scrappy, ready to fight health system who is feeling overwhelmed by the resources that larger health systems that might have and the lack of expertise needed internally. Trust me, I have been there, and I know how to make them throw up their arms and focus on their other areas once they know that they can't beat someone with too much passion (yes - I have been told that I have too much passion by more than one person).

One obvious rule - I will not be able to work for any health system or medical group who might be in competition with my employer.

Why call them healthcare consumers rather than patients?

Simple - they are not patients when they are trying to find the care that they are looking for, they are consumers. My goal is to put my clients in front of them at every opportunity so that they become a patient.
